冷轧边部加热系统

   An induction heating mechanism is added below the outlet of the cold rolling mill, adjust the heating head before production, the edge of the work roll is heated, thereby obtaining the desired roll crown, so as to improve the rolling strip profile.

The cylinder drives the heating head in the direction of the strip (unilateral stroke 500mm, satisfies the strip 600mm ~ 1500mm), the cylinder is the external displacement sensor, the movement precision is ± 1mm; The large stroke cylinder drives the heating head to the roller direction (travels about 300mm ), Cylinder external displacement sensor; small stroke cylinder drive heating head near the direction of the roll (travel about 5mm) for adjusting the heating head and the work roll gap.

        在冷轧机出口下方增加边部加热机构,在生产前调整好加热头,对工作辊进行边部加热,进而获得所需要的辊型,从而达到改善轧制带材边部板型的目的。

       油缸驱动加热头沿带材方向移动(单侧行程500mm,满足带材600mm~1500mm),油缸为外置式位移传感器,移动精度为±1mm;大行程汽缸驱动加热头向轧辊方向靠近(行程约300mm),汽缸缸外置位移传感器;小行程汽缸驱动加热头向轧辊方向靠近(行程约5mm)用于调整加热头与工作辊的间隙。
